BYOB Alcohol Use Policy

This Bring Your Own Bottle (“BYOB”) Alcohol Use Policy and Participant Waiver Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the possession, handling, and consumption of alcoholic beverages by individuals (“Participants”) attending paint‑and‑sip events hosted by the Company. This Agreement applies to all Participants present at any Company‑operated event and is legally binding upon acknowledgment.

Participants aged 21 years or older may bring sealed wine, champagne, or beer for personal consumption. Hard liquor is prohibited unless expressly permitted by venue regulations. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local alcohol laws.

To comply with legal and safety requirements, Company staff, instructors, and representatives:

• Will not open, pour, serve, distribute, or handle alcohol brought by Participants.
• Will not store, refrigerate, chill, or manage alcohol in any capacity.
• Will not monitor consumption or determine sobriety of Participants.

Participants agree to:

• Consume alcohol responsibly and maintain control of their behavior.
• Conduct themselves appropriately and refrain from disruptive or unsafe actions.
• Ensure no alcohol is provided to any individual under 21.
• Arrange safe transportation and avoid operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol.
• Comply with all venue rules, Company policies, and applicable laws.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Underage drinking or possession of alcohol by anyone under 21.
• Excessive intoxication or behavior posing a safety risk.
• Sharing alcohol with unrelated Participants or individuals whose age cannot be verified.
• Bringing alcohol in violation of venue or municipal regulations.

Participants violating this Agreement may be removed from the event without refund.

Participants acknowledge that consuming alcohol carries inherent risks, including impaired judgment, injury, illness, or property damage. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with bringing, opening, pouring, and consuming alcohol during the event.

Participants hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to alcohol consumption or conduct during the event.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from Participant actions, alcohol consumption, or violation of any law or policy.

Participants certify that they are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to possess and consume alcohol. Participants understand that providing alcohol to anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

By attending the event, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms of this BYOB Alcohol Use Policy & Participant Waiver Agreement.
