Mixed Emotions

Mixed Emotions

Seeing the world as either black or white today

Seeing the world through the colors of the rainbow tomorrow

Mixed Emotions

Read my eyes closely as you dig into my soul

While my lips  silently call out to you

Mixed Emotions

Buried deep inside, choking on my words

Carrying the cross around, it gets too heavy to hold

Mixed Emotions

Tread lightly in your journey to new discovery

Hiding behind the Mask
