Friendship

Bestfriends! A bond so strong, we can’t let go
Takes years to flourish, decades to parish
Riding the waves as one when times are low
In good times we continue to nourish
Like a team, you watch my back, I watch yours
If you fall down, I pick you right back up
When I’m down, it’s not for long, you assures
We teach each other how to toughen up
Disagreements might cause us not to talk
Reunited as if we never fought
Can’t stay mad for long, as if by pure luck
Words are not needed to express our thoughts
With face expressions, we communicate
A friendship as such, I shall call it fate
